EPL : Chelsea aim top spot retention; Liverpool, United eye full points

Leicester: Chelsea would look ahead to retain their top spot as they take on Leciester City at the King Power stadium on Saturday. Thomas Tuchel’s side would go into the fixture deemed as favourites but it will not be an easy fixture with Leciester having caused ultimate upsets before.

While Chelsea will be without the services of Mateo Kovacic and Timo Werner, the good news for the team will be the presence of both Romelu Lukaku and Mason Mount. Leciester who have been without a win for three straight games will be going into the match with serious woes as their main-man Rapinha will be out after receiving a bad injury against against Argentina. Youri Tielemann will also be sidelined owning to his injury.

Elsewhere at Anfield, recently returning to winning way Arsenal will face a tough challenge as they pay a visit to Liverpool who have had a fantastic season so far. Although faltering against WestHam United before the international break, Liverpool will be desperate to win the tie. Klopp might have serious problems with Roberto Firmino, Joe Gomez, Naby Keita, James Milner Curtis Jones sidelined following injuries but Mohammed Salah brilliance can sail the Liverpool ship anyday.

Ealier the same day,riding on the hot seat, at brink of getting sacked Ole Gunner Solskjaer and co. will face Watford in an encounter that they cannot lose. As they intend on leaving the humiliating 2-0 loss against Manchester City behind , the fixture will be quite a tough one with the absence of Raphael Varane, Edinson Cavani and Paul Pogba. Although Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood might provide Cristiano Ronaldo with the much needed support while Luke Shaw and Scott Mc Tominay might return to starting line up. The Hornets will be without Ozan Tufan and Francisco Sierralta that might ease up the job of the Red Devils.
