In an IPL encounter here on Tuesday, Rajasthan Royals all-rounder Riyan Parag and Royal Challengers Bangalore pacer Harshal Patel had a heated exchange of words after the former pounded the RCB pacer for 18 runs in the penultimate over to guide his side to a defendable total of 144 for 8.
Parag, who hit Patel for a boundary and two enormous sixes in the final over to help RR to a respectable total after being brought in to bat, played an undefeated 56-run knock off 31 balls.
Soon after Parag clobbered a Patel delivery over the deep mid-wicket boundary, the two players got into a violent argument, requiring one of the RR players to calm down the bowler.
