Barcelona : Memphis Depay helped FC Barcelona secure all the three points against Getafe in Camp Nou. Sergi Roberto and Depay each scored once as the match ended 2-1 for Barcelona.
Within the opening two minutes Barça took the lead when Roberto converted a dangerous cross from Jordi Alba. Roberto who was fielded in the midfield for this match gave his team an early lead.
Ronald Koeman made five changes in the side since their draw against Athletic Club, Emerson made his debut and also Marc Andre Ter Stegen came back to the starting lineup. Lenglet was also in the starting line up.
The early goal was equalised when Sandro Ramirez combined with former Barcelona player Carles Alena and put the ball past Ter Stegen on 18 minutes. An early lead made the home side ease their play, and they had to pay for the same.

Although it was Depay who again came to the rescue of the Catalan side, the former Lyon player scored his second goal of the season. Frenkie de Jong combined with Dutch teammate and Barcelona were again in the leading position on 30 minutes.
Koeman also gave Gavi, a young player promoted from FC Barcelona B, his debut. A late goal from Ronald Araujo was ruled out for offside and Barcelona secured their second win of the season before going into the international break.
