Kolkata : Indian Mixed Team bagged Silver in Asian Surfing Championship 2024 , Maldives.
India accumulated a total of total of 24.13 points finished just second to Japan to clinch the medal. Japan scored 58.40 to bag Gold Medal.
This is the 1st Surfing medal for India in Asian Surfing Championship medal 2024 at Senior’s level.
With this, Indian team who competed in this tournament got Quota for Asian Surfing Championship 2026.
