Kolkata : East Bengal FC rope in more than a dozen Indian players following thier venture with Emami Group. The Kolkata giants have signed 13 domestic players in the senior squad for the upcoming season.
Emami East Bengal’s Head Coach, Stephen Constantine will land Kolkata this morning ( August 4, 2022) at 8.15am via Emirates. Before the head coach arrives, the century-old club seems to prepare the team for practice.
Experienced Pawan Kumar signs for East Bengal. Mohammad Rakip, Ankit Mukherjee, Sarthak Golui, Jerry Lalrinzuala and Pritam Singh at defense. Souvik Chakrabarti, Amarjeet Singh, Mobashir Rahman and Angousana Luwang are going to manage the mid pitch. Aniket Jadhav amd Naorem Mahesh Singh at the wings. East Bengal have also signed 30 year-old VP Suhair who have recently made his International debut.

The first practice of the session will start from 3 pm today, 4th August, 2022 at the Club grounds. Head Coach Stephen Constatine is highly expected to be present.
