St Kitts : Suryakumar Yadav smashing 76-runs and Rishabh Pant’s unbeaten 33 help India to beat West Indies comfortably at St Kitts by 7 wickets to go 2-1 in the 5-match series.

Earlier West Indies finish their innings at 164 runs, opener Kyle Mayers scores a stunning 73 runs. Bhuvneswar Kumar bags two wickets while Hardik Pandaya looks economically in Indian bowling attack. India opener and captain Rohit Sharma is retired hurt due to back spasm, but Surya Kumar Yadav (SKY) has different plans for the day. He is all over the park and put up a good partnership with Shreyas Iyer. After SKY got out, Rishab Pant finishing the game in his own style with 6 balls to spare.

Captain Rohit Sharma says after post match that he is feeling better now and they have few days off before the next game so he will get to recover. He also mention that they bowled well in the middle overs and read conditions of the ground very well. He is very pleased with the fact that the Indian batters chase down the total clinically.

Indian team now have the advantage as they are leading the series 2-1 in a 5-match series. The remaining part of the series will now move to Lauderhill, Florida in the USA and it will be be as exciting as before. Fourth T20I will be played on Saturday, the 6th of August and will begin at 8 pm IST.
