Batting 1st , Suzie Bates (58) & Georgia Plimmer (41) set up a 87 runs partnership.
Despite losing few wickets and landing on a score of 139-4 in 32nd over, skipper Sophie Devine (79) & Maddy Green (42) notched up 82 runs partnership.
New Zealand ended up on 259-9 (50), with Radha Yadav (4/69) & Deepti Sharma (2/30) avoiding any bigger score.
Chasing 260 runs, India top order gave flop show as they’re restricted to 108-8 in 27 overs.
Radha Yadav (48) & Saima Thakor (29) notched a record 68 runs partnership and gave tough fight to New Zealand.
