Kolkata : BCCI has announced 15 members Squad for 3 match T20I Series against Bangladesh. Varun Chakravarthy has returned to the side after 3 years, while pacer Mayank Yadav, Nitish Reddy, Harshit Rana have earned maiden call ups.
The 3 Match T20I series will be played at Gwalior, New Delhi, Hyderabad respectively from 6-12 October, after completion of the ongoing Test Series.
Surya Kumar Yadav will lead the 15 men strong squad. Explosive Batter Abhishek Sharma has once again returned to the squad after being dropped in Sri Lanka series.
Veterans Sanju Samson, Hardik Pandya big hitters like Jitesh Sharma, Rinku Singh, Riyan Parag, Shivam Dube have made their way to the squad.
There’s a huge pool of all rounders in this series including Hardik Pandya, Nitish Reddy, Shivam Dube, Washington Sundar, Abhishek Sharma.
The pace department has some raw pacers including pace sensation Mayank Yadav, Arshdeep Singh, along with Pandya ,Reddy Wicket taker Harshit Rana, earning maiden call up.
The spin department consists Ravi Bishnoi, Sundar, Abhishek, Parag & Varun Chakravarthy who returned to the squad after forgettable outing at 2021 T20 World Cup.
