Kolkata : Riding on a dominant all-round performance, 22 Yards Sports School outclassed Aditya School of Sports by 9 wickets in the final clash to emerge champions of Ambar Roy Sub-junior Under-13 Cricket Tournament at the Eden Gardens on Friday.
Anurag Chakraborty (76) and Ramandeep Bhalla (50) were the star performers for 22 Yards Sports School.
Batting first, Aditya School of Sports managed to post just 147/6 in 45 overs. Subhaditya Adhikari top-scored with a fine 48.
For 22 Yards Sports School, Pranjal Gupta and Tujan Maurd bagged two wickets each.
In reply, 22 Yards Sports School chased the target down comfortably, scoring 148/1 in 19.4 overs.
