Kolkata : Kolkata Knight Riders finisher Rinku Singh has expressed his desire to play for Royal Challengers Bengaluru if not retained by KKR in the IPL 2025 mega auction.
Ahead of IPL 2025 mega auction, speculations of who’ll be retained and left alone have spread widely among the fans.
Such a question was asked to Rinku Singh on for whom he would like to play if KKR don’t retain him in the auction. He replied that he would like to play for RCB since Virat Kohli is there.
He said, “RCB, because Virat Kohli is there”.
Rinku made his debut in 2018 IPL for KKR and has been with the team since then. In 45 matches, he has scored 893 runs with a strike rate of 143.34 , fulfilling the role of finisher.
It’ll be interesting to see if KKR retain / release and buy or leave him.
