Guyana : Uganda beat Papua New Guinea by 3 wickets at Providence Stadium, Guyana in Match 9, Group C encounter.

Chasing 78 runs, Uganda succumbed to 26-5 after powerplays.

However, high efforts from Riazat Ali Shah (33) & a 35 runs partnership with Juma Miyagi (13) brought Uganda back to game.

Despite losing 2 more wickets, Uganda chased the total with 10 Balls to spare.

In 1st Innings, Ugandan bowlers stopped PNG run flow and dismissed them for 77 runs.

Riazat was adjourned the Man of the Match for his heroics.
