Karnataka’s domestic league club, Sporting Club Bengaluru, nicknamed The Golden Tigers. A professional football club based in the city of Bengaluru in the state of Karnataka, is currently on the stage of the I-League. The team was established in 2022 and is already fighting hard in the 2024-25 I-League stage.

This club first participated in Bangalore Football in 2022 and that year they became champions and qualified for I-League Three by defeating their opponent Kerala United Football Club and in the final round they qualified for I-League Two.
This season, Golden Tigers also became champions in I-League Two and qualified for I-League. They play really good football under the guidance of experienced coach Chinta Chandrasekhar.
They became champions of I-League Two in the 2023-24 season and after becoming champions, they prepared for the second division of Indian football, i.e. I-League. Their first match was held at the Kalyani Stadium against Inter Kashi, although they initially played football, they had to face defeat in the first match. However, their dreams are much bigger.
If you look at the team, you will see that although there are probably no familiar Indian faces, there is a combination of several experienced and young talents.
