Barcelona: Sergio Aguero was admitted to a hospital for a “cardiac exam” after he felt dizziness and chest pain during FC Barcelona’s 1-1 draw against Alaves on Sunday ( October 31) at Camp Nou.
The Argentine forward was seen holding his chest just minutes before half time, he was given treatment on the field of Camp Nou for several minutes and then he was subsequently subbed off and Coutinho was brought in.
After the match Sergi Barjuan, the interim coach of FC Barcelona said,” “I was told he was feeling a bit dizzy. I have just learned that he was taken to hospital and I can’t say much more until I know.”
The club also confirmed the same on social media by posting,”@aguerosergiokun reported chest discomfort and has been admitted to the hospital for a cardiac exam.” Although the club is yet to officially announce any further update about the report of the Argentine.

The 33year old joined the Catalan side from Manchester City during the summer transfer window. His former club posted on social media wishing him recovery. “Everyone at Manchester City wishes you a speedy recovery,” it read. “We’re with you.”
