Anfield : On Monday night, Liverpool draw their second successive game in the premier league after Darwin Nunez sees straight red card in his home debut at anfield. After managing a draw in the first game of the league against Fulham, the reds hold by Crystal Palace.

Jurgen Klopp’s side is the favourite before the start of the game and as obvious his team dominating the first half over Palace putting immense pressure on the attack. Despite the ball possession and attack by the reds, Wilfred Zaha manages to net against the Pool and giving Crystal Palace a 1-0 lead in the first half.

The second half is full of drama for Liverpool as they are playing their first home match of the season. The Uruguay International join Liverpool this summer and playing his first game at anfield for tbe season didn’t go well for him. After Nunez’s red card, Jurgen Klopp side holds the nerve and manages to claim a point after Luis Diaz’s equaliser.

Liverpool’s James Milner reacts after the game, “Disappointing. We started pretty well then lost our way a bit in the middle. At least we’re creating chances – if you’re not creating anything it’s a bigger problem. But it’s not the ideal start to the season.”

“The reaction when we went down to 10 men was very, very good. The crowd helped us as well and Luis Diaz scored an incredible goal. We’ll rely round him and I’m sure Nunez will learn from it. The most important thing was the reaction”, he says.

Liverpool will face Manchester United at Old Trafford on Monday night. Darwin Nunez to miss the game and along with this match he will miss another two matches at their home turf against Newcastle United and Bournemouth.
