Kolkata : Bengal Warriors, 2019 PKL champion, had a really good PKL 2024 auction as they aim for their 2nd glory. They strengthened their defense and raiding in the auction table with youth and experience.
They started off their buy in style buying the Iranian legendary defender Fazal Atrachali for 50 Lakhs. Bengal Warriors star raider and skipper former Maninder Singh was retained using FBM for 1.15 Crores, as he’s eyeing for his 6th season in the side.
Other major additions were Mayur Kadam, the right cover defender picked at 30.20 Lakhs, while they spent 41 Lakhs for Arjun Rathi, the raider, and Nitesh Kumar, the solid defender for 13 Lakhs.
