Kolkata : In a rain curtailed 5 overs game of Bengal Pro T20 2025, Murshidabad Kings defeated Adamas Howrah Warriors by 5 runs at Eden Gardens to qualify into the semi final.
Although Howrah already qualified, this was do or die match for Murshidabad, and they elected to Bat first winning the toss.
Skipper Sudip Gharami played blistering knock of 29 (14) to take his team to 63/4 (5).
Pramod Chandila (31*) and Aditya Purohit (20) tried hard to chase down 67 runs (DLS) for Howrah, but ultimately fell short by just 5 runs.
Murshidabad Kings will now face Harbour Diamonds and Adamas Howrah will take on Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers in semi finals of Bengal Pro T20 League 2025.
