What mistakes did Manika make? Her answer, “In Tokyo, I planned all the matches together. As a result, the pressure increased significantly. However, this time I have created a strategy for each match. I hope to be able to fight for a medal till the very end.”
Manika and the team will have to compete in the Olympics starting on July 27. India will participate in both the team and individual events in table tennis this time. The goal of these table tennis stars at the Paris Olympics will be to win medals for the country and increase India’s medal count. However, after the Olympics, Manika Batra, Sreeja Akula, Sarth Kamal, and Harmeet Desai will join the UTT in 2024. It will run from August 22nd to September 7th in Chennai.
