Buenos Aires : Lionel Messi equaled Javier Mascherano’s record of 147 appearance for Argentina and became the joint most caps for Argentina. During the match against Paraguay, Messi achieved the feat. With 73 goals from 147 appearance for the La Albiceleste he sure goes down as one of the greatest.
