Lalpur: A 4-0 scoreline from Roundglass FC ensured a comfortable win against Rajasthan FC. Goals from Chencho Gyeltshen, Luka Majcen, Juan Mera and Hmingthanmawia ensured top spot for Rajasthan FC with 49 points from 21 games. RoundGlass Punjab clinched the I-League title and gained promotion to the Indian Super League 2023-24 season.
The RoundGlass Punjab FC ran into the field in jubilation after the final whistle while they were being crowned as the champions of the I League at Ambedkar Stadium beating Rajasthan United FC 4-0. They achieved this feat with one match to spare.

The final whistle saw the winners jumping in jubilation along with the supporters in the stands. Chencho Gylteshen was adjudged the Hero of the Match.
RoundGlass Punjab were on level points with Sreenidi just a week ago. However, the Deccan Warriors failed to replicate its home form and thus dropped five points in its last two games. Whereas RoundGlass FC have won five on the trot. With an 8-0 drubbing of Sudeva Delhi and a 3-1 defeat of Churchill Brothers.

This success earned RoundGlass a direct entry to the season-ending Super Cup. RoundGlass Punjab FC will face TRAU FC in the last match of the season at Tau Devi Lal Stadium, Panchkula where they will be presented with the I League trophy.
