Kolkata: In the I-League today, Mohammedan Sporting Club defeated Neroca FC at Kishore Bharati Krirangan in Kolkata.
David Simbo scored an own goal for Neroca from Ken Lewis’ long ball in the 40th minute of the first half. Mohammedan is up 1-0 in the contest.

Kasimov’s long-range shot equalised Neroca’s lead in the 58th minute of the second half. Mohammedan was awarded a penalty in the 80th minute of the game after fouling Marcus in the box. In the 82nd minute, Marcus Joseph scored from the penalty spot to give Mohammedan a 2-1 lead.
Faslu Rahman scored in the 84th minute to put Mohammedan ahead 3-1.
