Frank de Boer takes over the charge of Dutch National Team

AMSTERDAM: Netherlands national football federation (Dutch National Football Team) sign a new contract with Frank de Boer as their new head coach. The former Dutch footballer took over the charge after Ronald Koeman left for FC Barcelona’s manager role in the summer.

Frank played for Ajax, Barcelona and the Dutch national team and was the captain of the side in 1998 World Cup leading them to the semi final.

The 50 year old previously coached Ajax, Inter Milan, Crystal Palace & most recently Major League Soccer side Atalanta United. He signed the contract that would keep him with the men in orange until 2022 which includes UEFA Euro in 2021 & The Fifa World Cup in 2022.
