Munich: Defending Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich have signed Brazilian winger Douglas Costa from Juventus on a season-long loan. The Bavarian side unveiled the signing on social media.
The 30-year-old trickster will return to the Allianz Arena after three years with an intent to regain his form. Costa made his move to Juventus from Bayern back in 2017 but after few initial good outings, he failed to replicate the same. Struggling with injuries the forward made just 29 appearances last season but was not in his best shape.
Costa who had two great seasons at Bayern during his first stint will be hoping to revive his career. Bayern manager Hansi Flick was looking to add more firepower to the attack and managed to snap the loan deal of the skillful Brazilian.
