Tarouba : A defective umpiring decision during the semi-final match of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) on Tuesday (September 8th) left Jamaica Tallawahs all-rounder Andre Russell fuming in agitation.

The Tallawahs, who faced the Trinbago Knight Riders in the semi-final at the Brian Lara Stadium in Trinidad, had a fatal start to their innings, losing the first four wickets with just 25 runs on the board.

After the dismissal of Nkrumah Bonner, who played a good hand of 41, Russell came to field at no 7. The Tallawahs were hoping their star player to bag them a good score but something unexpected happened.

The Jamaican started dancing after the wicket on the 4th ball at the 14th over against Sunil Narine. The spinner dropped in the shot, and Russell tried to adapt with the bat and pad close together. The umpire heard two noises probably and thus he raised his index finger.
Russell seemed to look very angry and disappointed before leaving the field. They ended up scoring 107/7 where TKR scored the wining run and won the match by 9 wickets.
