Mumbai: After nearly five months without cricket due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, things are now getting better as players are gearing up for the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League to be held in UAE from September 19.
Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma, has also hit the gym to regain his fitness for the mega event. On August 12 (Wednesday) Rohit posted a picture of himself on Instagram, working out at a gym with the caption, “Going low only to push yourself higher”. To which former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh replied cheekily.
Yuvraj who played for Mumbai Indians for a year, commented, “Finally Hitman hits the gym’. Rohit was last seen during India tour of New Zealand series earlier this year and is all set to return to action. He will be eyeing a record fifth IPL title with them.
