London: The FIFA 21 rating cards came out on Thursday (September 10) and are creating havoc like every year around the world. Some players who had a good season with their club including Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was rated lower resulting tweets and funny backlashes. The most significant names who reacted after seeing their overall ratings were Trent Alexander-Arnold and Aymeric Laporte.

Alexander-Arnold who had a stellar season for Liverpool was rated 87 on FIFA 21. He was pleased with it but got disappointed with his shooting stat which 66. “I think maybe they put that in there because it’s my squad number. I’m hoping. Four goals from full-back…I don’t know. I’m not going to challenge it too much. I would have liked it to be higher though,” he said. He expects his rate will increase to 89, in the following season.

Manchester City’s French defender Laporte posted a funny tweet after he found out his rating stats on FIFA 21. He was rated 87 and among the fourth-best center-back in the game. With 88 ratings on defending and 81 on physicality, he pointed out the poor rate of pace of 63 by FIFA, with a funny tweet on his Twitter account.

In comparison to pace, Virgil van Dijk has been rated 76 and Juventus veteran Giorgio Chiellini was rated 66, faster than the young French defender. France and Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane was the highest-rated on the category of pace, with 82 and Barcelona’s Gerard Pique and Borussia Dortmund Matt Hummels was among the worst pace rate with 57 and 58 respectively.

The FIFA 21 game will release on October 6, 2020. People who have already pre-ordered it can have the game before it’s release.
