London: In a must-win game for Ole Gunnar Solskjær, Manchester United managed a 3-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur. Cristiano Ronaldo scored and assisted one goal for his side. Whereas for their rivals, Manchester City displayed a disappointing performance against Crystal Palace in a 2-0 defeat at home.
Ronaldo opened the scoring for United with a spectacular volley of 39 minutes, Cavani doubled the lead for his team on 64 minutes, who put a through ball received from Ronaldo, behind the opposition goalkeeper. Marcus Rashford, who came in as a substitute, added the third goal late into the game.

As for Chelsea, Reece James scored a pair of spectacular goals, as Newcastle struggled against Tuchel’s men. Jorginho scored the third from the penalty spot and sealed the game and top spot in the table for his team.
