An injury-time goal by debutant Marin Mudrazija gave Rajasthan United a valuable and deserved win over a listless Real Kashmir in the I-League on Friday, February 9, 2024 at the Namdhari Stadium in Sri Bhaini Sahib. The win puts Rajasthan United to 9th on the table.
Despite keeping pressure on Kashmir in 1st half, Rajasthan ended it goal less. The 2nd half too went goalless for both, keeping the Rajasthani dominance alive.
In the 90+2 injury time, when the game seemed to have ended with a tie, From Hardik Bhatt’s throw-in on the right, Jefferson de Oliveira sowed enough panic inside the box via his size to induce a game of ping-ball. Real Kashmir were unable to clear their lines and a loose ball fell to Marin Mudrazija inside the six-yard box. The Croatian took the volley on the turn and put it into the far bottom corner, scoring the 1st & only goal for Rajasthan.
