Cristiano Ronaldo's 2nd debut for Manchester United likely to be hold

Manchester: Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo rose to fame during his time at Manchester United. From an inexperienced winger in 2003 to a household name in 2009, Sir Alex Ferguson kindled a spark inside the mere hunch house of talent. His journey for the red part of Manchester is awe-inspiring.

12 years later, talks of Cristiano Ronaldo joining his old club is again on the air after an unsuccessful season with Juventus. The black and whites failed to the Serie A title and even faltered in the Champions League. Although his destination is unknown, there is a rumour that Ronaldo might return to England quenching his thirst for success.

Adding fuel to the rumours, Cristiano Ronaldo recently unfollowed both Real Madrid and Juventus on his social media keeping Manchester United on his following list. Moreover, during the ongoing Euro 2020, Manchester United took to all their social media handles to post about their first-ever Portuguese signing (Cristiano Ronaldo) and their recent Portuguese player Bruno Fernandes.

This automatically spiked the interests of the fans who have been asking lately whether Cristiano Ronaldo might return to where he found his fame. But all remains speculation as Juventus is sure of their star staying and no such confirmation coming from the player as well.

Cristiano Ronaldo joined Manchester United on August 12, 2003, and made his debut against Bolton on August 16. During his 292 appearances for the Reds, Cristiano Ronaldo scored 118 goals exhausting all the superlatives that could be attributed. But, ahead of the 2009–10 season, Cristiano was signed by Real Madrid for the then world-record transfer fee of 80 million pounds.

His heroics for both the clubs, have earned him the title of the legend. His quest for success although continued when he joined Juventus in 2018 with the Italian side grabbing the domestic titles in the first couple of years but faltering in the Champions League.
