Bhubaneswar: Odisha FC introduced the ‘Odisha FC Digital Grassroots Academy’ . This is done in order to help youngsters of football to excel their ability and be knowledgeable about the fundamentals of the sport. After finishing at spot eleven in the last season of Indian Super League (ISL), Odisha FC is more concentrated to work for the next season.
Believing on grassroot development, Odisha FC seems to prioritize development of youth. This program is going to be a pioneer for footballers living in and around Orissa. Keeping a bullseye on the evolution of youth talent, the club officials wants to make this program to run all over the state.

The link to register at ‘Odisha FC Grassroots Academy’ , will be available at on club’s digital platforms. This program is scheduled to launch from 20th June (Sunday). Odisha FC also plans further to make this program a nation wide accessible platform for all the upcoming players.
Youth coach Mr. Sandeep Alhan and Mr. Kriti Kashyap are going to monitor these talents and help them to nurture their skills. Odisha FC Grassroots manager Mr. Suvam Das said, “OFC Digital Grassroots Academy is a well-structured series of weekly online seminars provided with some easy drills to follow”.

Odisha FC president Mr. Raj Athwal was delighted that this program starting and is hopeful to grab more young talents to improve their skills. He said, “It will be a unique way to pass on the knowledge and teach them footballing skills.”
