Jamshedpur: Indian Super League (ISL) side Jamshedpur FC have signed Indian winger Seiminlen Doungel on a deal that will keep him till May 2024, the club announced on Thursday. Len, as rather he is popularly known had an impressive second half of the last ISL season with FC Goa including a man of the match.

“Jamshedpur FC has the ambition to do well in the ISL. The gaffer is extremely committed to qualifying for the playoffs and try to win the league for the first time. I want to create history with the club.” Len added on the move.
“I am glad to continue as I had the coach’s faith in me, and I want to play as much as I can to contribute to help the club achieve silverware.” he further added.
Born in Manipur, the 27-year-old had started out his career with Kolkata giants East Bengal in 2011 winning the Federation Cup a year later.
He went on collect titles for his locker winning the I-League in 2015-16 with Bengaluru FC and Federation Cup again in 2017. He was part of that “Blues” squad which came runners-up in the 2016 AFC Cup.
He made his switch to ISL signing with FC Goa helping the side finishing top of the league in the 2019-20 ISL season, thus becoming the ISL League Shield winners.
