Kolkata : IPL 2025 is set to kick start on March 22, 2025, at Eden Gardens, between defending champion Kolkata Knight Riders & Royal Challengers. Before the match, there’ll be grand opening ceremony like every year where multiple celebrities and singers are set to come.

Who’ll perform in IPL 2025 opening ceremony?
Bollywood actress Disha Patani, Punjabi rapper Karan Aujla and popular playback singer Shreya Ghoshal have already been confirmed for the IPL 2025 Opening Ceremony.
Media reports also suggest that Bollywood stars Shraddha Kapoor and Varun Dhawan and singer-songwriter Arijit Singh could be added to the list of performers.
Popular American pop band OneRepublic, who recently collaborated with Disha and Karan for the hit single Tell Me has also been approached for a performance, as per reports by the Hindustan Times.
Several Bollywood stars like Salman Khan, Vicky Kaushal and Sanjay Dutt are expected to attend the IPL 2025 opening ceremony alongside International Cricket Council (ICC) chairman Jay Shah. Along with them, other celebrities like Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra, Tripti Dimri, Ananya Pandey, Madhuri Dixit, Janhvi Kapoor, Urvashi Rautela, Pooja Hegde, Kareena Kapoor are expected to be in guest list.
Shahrukh Khan, who owns the KKR franchise, is also highly likely to attend.
KKR will begin their race to defend their title.
