Kolkata : Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami has joined the Shrachi Rarh Tigers for the upcoming season 2 of the Bengal Pro T20 League. The announcement came during a grand player draft, where a record 802 players were picked by 8 team.
Among 802 players, Shami has signed up for the Shrachi Rarh Tigers and will play the Bengal Pro T20 League season 2 later this year.
Shami’s selection by the Shrachi Rarh Tigers was one of the biggest highlights of the event. His experience and skill are expected to make a big impact on the team’s pace bowling attack.
Due to fitness issues, Shami is not selected for India’s tour of England. He has played 197 international matches and picked 462 wickets.
