Eden Hazard ruled out of the Real Madrid squad ahead of Shakhtar Donetsk clash

Madrid: Real Madrid superstar Eden Hazard has been ruled out of the clash against Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League due to a thigh injury. Real have confirmed by publishing a medical report about the Belgian forward, who left the pitch against Alaves last Saturday in la Liga.

“Following tests carried out today on our player, Eden Hazard, by Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with an injury in the rectus femoris muscle of his right leg. His recovery will continue to be assessed” published in Realmadrid.com

As per reports Hazard will miss around 20 days with this injury, meaning that he will be unavailable for the upcoming fixtures against Shakhtar, Sevilla, Gladbach and Atletico de Madrid with all of them being very crucial matches.

With him being out ahead of the next match in the Champions League, Vinicius Jr. will most likely to replace him
