Cricket Association of Bengal announces probables for Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy

Kolkata: Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) announced the probable squad for Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 in a press release on Monday (December 14). India pacer Mohammed Shami’s younger brother, Mohammed Kaif is named among Bengal’s 26-member probable’s for the upcoming domestic tournament.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Sunday (December 13) has announced that the much-delayed 2020-21 domestic season will commence with the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy, starting from January 10 and concluding on 31st of the same month.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the tournament will take place in six different states where a bio-secure environment will be set-up. All the participating teams will be expected to report to their respective bio-bubbles on January 2, 2021.
