London: The Emirates Stadium will witness the first London derby of the ongoing Premier League as Chelsea take on Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal on Sunday. While Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea are coming off a commanding win against Crystal Palace, the Gunners were left stunned by promoted Brentford in their opener.

Although Chelsea will be missing out on the services of Christan Pulisic, after the forward was found positive for COVID-19, Tuchel would still have Timo Werner leading in front. Sunday could also see the return of Romelu Lukaku in the Chelsea playing XI after the Belgian returned to Stamford Bridge for a second time.

Meanwhile, Manchester United will be traveling to St Mary’s Stadium to play Southampton on the same day as they aim to keep their momentum. United, who finished runners-up last season, had a thumping start to the league winning 5-1 win against Leeds United that saw an amazing Bruno Fernandes hat-trick with Paul Pogba assisting four of those.

Pogba’s compatriot Raphael Varane might also make his United debut against Southampton. The defender was unveiled at Old Trafford in the previous game. The day will also see Tottenham Hotspur play Wolverhampton Wanderers and the tie might see the return of Harry Kane amidst the Manchester City saga.
