Kolkata : Bengal Under-19 team warmed up for the forthcoming domestic season in style bagging three wins from four games to finish in first and second spot in the OCA Under-19 Women’s Invitational T20 Tournament in Cuttack.
On Tuesday in the final match, Bengal B beat Odisha A by 29 runs. Batting first, Bengal A scored 101/1 in 15 overs, thanks to Trishita Sarkar (55 not out) and Priyanka Prasad (30).
In reply, Odisha A managed only 72/5 in 15 overs. Priti Mahato bagged two wickets while Avipsha Ghosh, Smriti Bar and Priyanka claimed one each.
In the second match, Bengal A beat Odisha B by 24 runs. Batting first, Bengal A scored 84/9 in 20 overs.
In reply, Odisha B were bundled out for 60. Snigdha Bag bagged four wickets while Sohini Yadav claimed three.
