Perth : Pakistan defeated Australia by 8 wickets at Perth and clinched the 3 match ODI series 2-1. This is Pakistan’s 1st Bilateral series win in 22 years against Australia in Australia.

Bowling 1st, Pakistan pacers Naseem Shah (3/54), Shaheen Afridi (3/32), Haris Rauf (2/24) dismantled Australian Batting lineup.

Only lone efforts from Sean Abbott (30) helped Australia reach 140 runs, and were bundled on that score in just 31.5 overs.

Chasing 141 runs, Saim Ayub (42), Abdullah Shafique (37) notched up 84 runs opening partnership.

After both openers dismissal on 85, Babar Azam (28*) & skipper Md Rizwan (30*) powered Pakistan to the historic win in 26.5 overs.

Haris Rauf was adjourned the Man of the match and series for his heroics.
