Kolkata: Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly asked his agent Jorge Mendes to finalize his return to Real Madrid. The current Manchester United player wants to be back in Madrid, as per many reports in Spain.
Cristiano Ronaldo had a “homecoming” when he signed for Manchester United in the summer of 2021 from Juventus. What was anticipated as a dream was much of a disappointment when it came to on-field performances.
Since joining the Red Devils, Ronaldo has scored 14 goals in 24 matches. But, as per reports the Portuguese star is not content back at Manchester and wants another “homecoming” by returning to Real Madrid.
United are currently, barely holding on to the fourth spot in the English Premier League table with a hard-earned 1-0 victory over West Ham. United crashed out of FA Cup after losing to Middlesbrough in penalties. Also, the Mason Greenwood controversy has left the dressing room gloomy.
Ronaldo is known for his competitive nature and as it stands United are failing to catch up with his standards with trophies and accolades.
