Doha: Jordan claimed a 2-0 victory over India in an international friendly. The  encounter was a part of India’s preparations for the upcoming AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers to be commencing from June.

While India failed to register to a shot on target , the question of the nation being enough to qualify for the advanced stages if the the tournament arises. While the Twitter took on channeling their rage to coach Igor Stimac, the short comings can be identified as manifold.

The camp being striken with injury, with Brandon,  Rahul Bheke, Udanta being out with injury, Stimac was left with no option but to field players from ATK Mohun Bagan who have not had proper rest. The lack of creativity resulted in no long balls for Chhetri and Sahal Abdul Samad to convert.

However, the woes are likely to get away soon as the team return to Kolkata to prepare for the AFC Asian Cup qualifiers that start from June 8th at Vivekananda Yuva Bharati Krirangan.
