Punjab: Indian cricketer Suresh Raina thanked Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh and the Punjab Police Force on Wednesday (September 16) after the arrests were made in his relatives’ murder case on August 19 at Pathankot’s Tharyal village.
Raina previously requested both the Punjab CM and Punjab Police to find out the culprits in the outrageous murder case of his relatives. The 2011 ICC World Cup winner has lost his uncle and cousin in that massacre. His aunt is still battling for life.
This morning in Punjab,I met the investigating officers who reportedly have napped three criminals. I truly appreciate all their efforts. Our loss can’t be recovered but this will surely prevent further crimes to happen. Thank you @PunjabPoliceInd @capt_amarinder for all the help
