New Delhi: On the auspicious occasion of Diwali Indian skipper Virat Kohli wished his fans, and urged them to celebrate the festivities without bursting crackers to protect the environment. However, it did not go down well with several users on social media as they started questioning the Indian skipper for his ‘forceful woke’ message.
This came into the limelight of trollers when Kohli’s fellow Royal Challengers Bangalore teammate Shivam Dube posted a picture of him bursting crackers, Netizens started trolling Kohli and questioned him about the celebrations.
Dressed in traditional kurta, Dube on Saturday shared some pictures of him celebrating the festival with firecrackers.
“Wishing everybody a really comfortable Diwali & a affluent new yr forward.” the cricketer captioned.
