Manchester : Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City defeated West Ham 3-1 to clinch 4th consecutive Premier league title, at Etihad Stadium, becoming 1st team to do so.
Phil Foden took 79 seconds to score the 1st goal for City giving 1-0 lead.
He scored his brace, assisted by Jeremy Doku, in 18 th minute giving City a commanding position with 2-0 lead.
Md Kudus brought West Ham into the game by opening accounts for them in 42nd minute.
However, in the 2nd half’s 59th minute, Rodri doubled City’s lead to 3-1 , bringing the game in their favour.
West Ham were unable to score any other goals in the later phase of the Match.
Manchester City finished the season with 91 points in 38 Matches, recording 28 wins, thereby lifting the title.
