Manchester : Manchester United finally open their account and secure points of Prenier League 2022-23 as they edge past Liverpool 2-1 on Monday at Old Trafford.

However, Erik Ten Hag makes some severe changes in the squad; Cristiano Ronaldo, Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw are in the bench, while Elanga, Varane and Malacia start the game for the Red Devils against arch rivals Liverpool. Where as Liverpool new signing Darwin Nunez suspends for the match as he has shown red card in his last match. Klopp start their forward line up with Salah, Friminho and Luis Diaz.

As the game begins Red Devils put up a great show and they are ahead of Liverpool in the first half after Jadon Sancho gives the lead to Manchester United. In the second half Marcus Rashford double the lead for the United and give them a comfortable lead with 2-0. Where as Mo Salah strikes for Liverpool and give them a lead but that is not enough for the Liverpool to secure a point.
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool yet to find a win in this season. They are in 2 points after 3 matches in the premier league. While Manchester United secure their first win of the season and move into 14th place with 3 points in 3 games.
Both Liverpool and Manchester United will face Bournemouth and Southampton in their next league game respectively on saturday.
