Manchester United aim for redemption as they take on Brighton & Hove Albion

Brighton: After a defeat against Crystal Palace last week Manchester United would be looking forward to redemption when they face Brighton and Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium on Saturday (September 26).

Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hinted during an interview that Eric Bailey is fully fit, which was a big boon to the United squad and is possibly expected to get the nod in the playing XI, while Victor Lindelof was very sloppy against Palace. With Phil Jones being out of the picture and Chris Smalling and Marcos Rojo up for sale, United might use Bailley and Harry Maguire duo.

In the midfield, the fans might see for the very first time the trio of Paul Pogba, Bruno Fernandes and Donny van de Beek. “I think good players can play well tomorrow but also Scott, Nemanja and Fred are good players, so competition for places, lots of combinations, different systems, so we’ll see them together at some point,” Solskjaer said. Mason Greenwood also might make come back, after starting on the bench last week.

On the other hand, Graham Potter’s men also failed to secure a win in their last home match against Chelsea. However, they will be without Yves Bissouma, Jose Izquierdo, Florin Andone and Christian Walton. This will be a very interesting game given last week’s results as both the teams would be hungry for a win.
