Major Cricket League, came fresh into the global league list previous year successfully is set to kick start it’s 2nd season tomorrow. Finals to be played on July 28.
Defending champions MI New York & Seattle Orcas will face each other , a rematch of last year’s final.

Currently, MLC is a 6 teams tournament, with an intention to grow to 10 in future.
The teams that will feature in this season are MI New York, Texas Super Kings, Los Angeles Knight Riders, Seattle Orcas, Washington Freedom, San Francisco Unicorns
Tournament Format
While the Season 1 format was Singe Round Robin , followed by Knockouts, Season 2 changed it’s formats to 7 League Games, followed by Knockouts.
International stars
Star players including 7 members from Aussies T20 Wc squad like Pat Cummins, Travis Head, Glenn Maxwell, Tim David, Marcus Stoinis, Jake Fraser Mcgurk, Steve Smith ,etc are part of it.
South African team pillars like skipper Aiden Markram, David Miller, Kagiso Rabada, Heinrich Klaasen, Anrich Nortje, Faf Du Plessis, etc will also be a part of it.
Carribbean Flavors of Nicholas Pooran, Andre Russell, Sunil Narine, Kieron Pollard , Dwayne Bravo,etc will add to the entertainment.
Trent Boult & Lockie Ferguson will add to the list of Kiwi speedstars.

USA local heros like Saurabh Netravalkar, Monank Patel, Steven Taylor, former Indian U19 winning skipper Unmukt Chand ,Nitish Kumar, Ali Khan, Corey Anderson will also be in the tournament to give head to head competition to the international heros.
