London: English midfielder Jesse Lingard’s resurgence was one of the highlights one of the highlights of this season’s Premier League. After finding it difficult to squeeze into the Manchester United first XI, the 28-year-old joined West Ham United on loan back in January this taking the league by storm.
Lingard though, posted an emotional farewell message on Instagram to the club after the end of the loan spell thanking everyone however he ended the post saying “Whatever the future holds West Ham United will hold a special place in my heart!” which might drop a hint for a possible return to the London based club. Considering, how stacked the Manchester United midfield is, a permanent move might be on the card, there hasn’t any reports about any such proceedings.
