Kolkata: ATK Mohun Bagan was keen to sign a midfielder and Australian Brad Inman was under their radar for a long time. Reports claim that ATKMB has signed the attacking midfielder for Rs. 16.67 million on a one year contract.
The ATKMB management always wanted an extra Asian player to their squad as the back up of their talismanic medio David Williams. The ATKMB side will feature in the AFC Cup this season and adding balance to the squad was important. Inman can add the extra spark upfront with coach Antonio Lopez Habas and his men want.
Inman a 28 year old attacking midfielder had a good season last year as he scored four and assisted five in 21 games for his side Brisbane Roar FC in the A-League. A versatile midfielder who can also play on the wings, he can add much fire power to the ATKMB side who look very strong on pen and paper after this addition.
