ISL 2026: Odisha FC set to play all home games at Kalinga

Kolkata : Odisha FC have confirmed that they will play all their ISL 2026 home games at Kalinga Stadium.

The club previously had a multi-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Odisha to use the Kalinga Stadium as its home base. However, the contract expired last year, and uncertainty over the 2025-26 season led the club to shut down its first-team operations.

Although ISL started from 14th February, 2026 after much turmoil, Odisha yet didn’t confirm their home venue within the deadline. As a result, its opening match against Punjab FC on February 16 was postponed.

But an agreement between the Odisha Government and Odisha FC has now been reached, with all players arriving at the facility on Wednesday. However, talks for the next season remain in progress.

“Yes, preparations are in full swing for the new season, and Odisha will host games where it has played its home games so far. Most players have arrived, and by tomorrow or the day after, the club will start training in full swing,” a source privy to the developments told Sportstar.

Odisha FC, which initially started as Delhi Dynamos in 2014, shifted its base to Bhubaneswar in 2019 and has stayed there since.

The Juggernauts will kick star their season against Inter Kashi at the Kalinga Stadium on February 24.
