ISL 2021-22: Bengaluru FC, ATK Mohun Bagan eye full points

Goa: Bengaluru FC and ATK Mohun Bagan are ready to lock horns and taste some win as both the teams were going through tough times.

Facing off at the GMC Athletic Stadium, in Bambolim tomorrow Marco Pezzaiuoli is taking ATKMB on a serious note. “ATK Mohun Bagan are a quality team with players like Roy Krishna, Manvir Singh, and Liston Colaco ” quoted Marco as he focuses more on an organized and prepared attacking Blues.

Emphasizing experienced players’ guidance to the youngsters, Marco believes that the players should bring out the best in each other. “It won’t be easy against ATK Mohun Bagan. But we will fight for three points,” he concluded.

Keeping his eyes on Fijian superstar Roy Krishna, who will become the 21st foreigner to have 50 ISL appearances coach Habas termed him as one of the best ISL players. “Bengaluru FC have a good history and they are a good team. We have to prepare as best as we can,” quoted Habas when asked about the Blues.
Bengaluru FC are winless in the last five games, with their only victory coming against NorthEast United. ATK Mohun Bagan, on the other side, are winless in three previous matches, having dropped points against Mumbai City FC, Jamshedpur FC, and Chennaiyin FC. While ATK Mohun Bagan is in sixth place on the table, with seven points from five games, the Blues are in the ninth position, having four points from their six games so far.

Bengaluru FC and ATK Mohun Bagan will face off at 7.30 pm. The match is to be telecasted live on STAR Sports Network, Disney+Hotstar, and JioTV.
