IPL 2020: Rajasthan Royals face Royal Challengers Bangalore threat

0

Abu Dhabi: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will take on Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League at Sheikh Zayed Stadium on Saturday (October 3). With two wins in three games each, both RCB and RR have started their game on point.

The duo Aaron Finch and Devdutt Padikkal have added positivity and freshness at the top RCB batting line-up. AB de Villiers and Yuzvendra Chahal also lived up to their billing in their respective fields but Virat Kohli’s form with the willow has been a cause of headache for RCB thinktank. The skipper hasn’t fired at all this season, and his task isn’t going to get any easier this Saturday.

The Royals themselves have done well with the willow with Steve Smith’s promotion has worked wonders for the team. Above all, Sanju Samson and Rahul Tewatia’s forms with the bat have been a revelation for the side.

While there are a few concerns over their bowling attack, Englishman Jofra Archer is one to watch out for as the Royals eye their third win of the season. The Rajasthan Royals would try their best to win, as the Smith-led side have lost none of their previous four matches against RCB in the IPL.

It gathers more confidence in them. However, they will be conscious of a modest RCB bowling attack, with Navdeep Saini particularly having impressed against Mumbai Indians in the Super Over. On a whole, another electrifying encounter waits for us in Abu Dhabi with both sides looking to register their third win of the season.
